This 19th century farm was bought in 2008. by Richard and Shea Lyn and they completely remodeled it and made it in a perfect wedding venue. This rustic and elegant farm will leave everyone speechless. Great job! The venue offers 200 white folding chairs for the ceremony, spacious bride dressing room with bathroom, Cedar Arbor and Tin Roof Arbor for the ceremony, discounted table linens (your color choice) for venue tables. You can choose your ceremony site (gazebo, front porch, among the pecan trees, pavilion, etc.). There is also a mosquito misting system so you can be sure that they will not annoy you and your guests on your special day. Rosemary Barn was named after the late RoseMary Forrest, mother of Marcy Benson and grandmother to the Benson children. You can also have an outdoor ceremony, they really have it all. From the stunning bridal suite equipped with hair and make-up stations, to the man’s paradise in the groom cabin equipped with a gaming station and fridge, a large outdoor ceremony space, covered porch for cocktails, chapel… Literary everything you need to have a wedding of your dreams. Venue can fit up to 230 people, they provide 230 white garden chairs and a whole variety of tables.
